doukutsu-rs 0.102.0-beta7 released

We're excited to announce the release of doukutsu-rs 0.102.0-beta7!
The most notable changes in this release are:
- We've got a new website and release system! All releases are now available on https://get.doukutsu.rs
- The app icons have been updated to new cute crabby Sue art by AppleHair from doukutsu-rs Discord server.
- doukutsu-rs is now available on Flathub! https://flathub.org/apps/io.github.doukutsu_rs.doukutsu-rs
- The version label of previous Android release was broken due to a typo in our CI workflow script. This has been fixed.
